Processing

Fractal Systems, Inc. uses different processing techniques depending on the end product and application. For thin film devices such as junctions and sensors, we use the layer-by-layer Self-Assembly, which is a useful technique for the fabrication of ultra thin films of the different polymer and nanocomposite materials. We also process the films through Spin Coating and Sputtering techniques.

For thicker film/coating applications such as EMI shielding and power storage devices, film Casting from solutions and dispersions and Spray Coating are used.

For thin film or thick film applications, high performance electronic materials can be obtained using proprietary Electrochemical and Electromagnetic Processing techniques.
